How do I remove hair wrap from the Zero-M cleaner head?
The Zero-M cleaner head actively removes hair from the brushroll. If hair is noted, perform the following steps:

  1. If available, take the vacuum to a low-pile carpet and place on Setting II, "Carpet" mode. If a low-pile carpet is not available, place the vacuum on a hard floor (hardwood or tile) and select Setting I, "Hard-Floor" mode. Ensure the cleaning area does not contain noticeable hair or debris.
  2. Run the vacuum for 30 seconds, moving it back in forth. (Note: Leaving the vacuum stationary while running may lead to potential floor damage.) Shut off and unplug the vacuum. Inspect the cleaner head for hair on the brushroll.
