The Press & Refresh® does not turn on.
1. The on/off switch should illuminate blue if the unit is powered on. If you are having problems with the unit not steaming, please refer to "My Press & Refresh® is not producing steam."
2. Make sure that the Press & Refresh® is plugged into 120 VAC electrical outlet only.
3. Check your home's circuit breaker or fuse box for any blown fuses or tripped breakers.

If the unit still is not turning on, please call the Customer Care line at 1-877-581-7375.

My Press & Refresh® is not producing steam.
1. Make sure there is water in the water tank. The water tank should be at least halfway full for best steam results.
2. Check to make sure the unit is plugged into a 120 VAC wall outlet and the on/off switch is illuminated blue.
3. Once the Press & Refresh® is plugged in, let it heat for one minute, then press and hold the steam trigger to produce steam.

The nozzle leaves water drops on my garment.
1. Make sure the small steam bonnet is attached to the steam nozzle. The small steam bonnet should be attached at all times when the product is in use.
2. Let the Press & Refresh® cool for 30 minutes and check to see if the small steam bonnet is wet. If so, remove the small bonnet and replace with a new small bonnet. Let the wet steam bonnet dry before using again.
3. After extended use, condensation can develop on the frame attached to the Press & Refresh®, leaving water spots. Wipe condensation from the frame using a rag.

What should I do if I spill the fragrance?
Wipe the fragrance up immediately with a rag. The scent is a 100% natural water-based formula, but if left untreated, it will cause damage to your floor.
