What happens if I experience small static shocks while I am vacuuming?
Certain dry temperatures in winter or dry desert areas may cause common static electricity to build up in the vacuum, producing small shocks, similar to what you might experience from contact with doorknobs, wool sweaters, or blankets. This is harmless. In order to avoid this, we recommend moisturizing your hands and/or removing wool socks or sweaters prior to vacuuming.

What should I do if the vacuum doesn’t turn on?
  1. If the indicator light near the handle is blinking, then the vacuum needs to be recharged. Connect the charging adapter to an electrical outlet and insert the plug into the port on the vacuum to recharge.
  2. If your vacuum overheats, the thermostat will automatically turn off the motor. Wait 60 minutes for the unit to cool down and remove any clogs from the dust cup or inlets.
  3. There may be a problem with the charger or the vacuum.

What should I do if my vacuum is not picking up dirt or debris?
  1. If the indicator light near the handle is blinking, then the vacuum is out of power and needs to be recharged.
  2. Empty the dust cup into the trash by pressing the CleanTouch Dirt Eject button on the left side of the vacuum under the air inlet.
  3. Remove the dust cup and check for blockages in the airpath. Remove the filter from the back of the dust cup and shake it out over the trash.
  4. If the filter is dirty, rinse it with water only, and allow it to air-dry completely for up to 24 hours.

Why isn't the brushroll of my Motorized Pet Brush spinning?
  1. The motorized pet brush may not be installed correctly on the vacuum. The metal contact pins on the motorized brush must remain in contact with the connector slots on the vacuum.
  2. The motorized brush may be blocked.
